Besides the Conventions that fall within the remit of the PC-OC, the Council of Europe developed many other important criminal law conventions. The implementation of a number of these instruments is followed by the European Committee on Crime Problems (CDPC). Other conventions, and in particular the most recent ones, are monitored by specialised Council of Europe bodies.
